Important Insights Regarding the Future and Real Estate in 2026

To CRE investors or property owners,

I hope this message finds you well. As you know, I transitioned from the commercial real estate business to healing after COVID, discovering that my true purpose is to help people align with their life’s purpose through past life regression. Over the past couple of years, I’ve conducted more than 500 sessions and have seen remarkable transformations, with many individuals becoming more joyful and at peace.

In my quantum healing practice, I’ve developed a technique called hypno-channeling, where I invite spirits to communicate through a person under hypnosis. This has led to profound messages from entities such as Jesus, Buddha, Moses, extraterrestrials, and even individuals like my passed away father, as well as passengers from the missing MH370 flight. These experiences have been deeply insightful.

I need to share something significant that will unfold by the end of 2026. Please treat this information with caution, as it may cause concern for some. A global event of “Open Contact” is expected, where UFOs will appear, and extraterrestrials known as the Greys will introduce thousands of hybrid children—part human, part Grey—into society. These hybrids will have a major role in managing the real estate market, adjusting prices to make housing more affordable. Instead of using cryptocurrency, it will be an energy exchange. Additionally, major systems such as finance, healthcare, and government will shift to a new, higher consciousness-based structure, which will likely lead to a decrease in the value of money and real estate.

For over 5,000 years, our civilization has existed, yet for most of that time, we’ve been controlled—first by rulers, now by corporations. In the past century, major corporations have shaped a system where we work just enough to survive, only to spend what we earn consuming their products and borrowing their money. This cycle keeps us bound, believing we’re fulfilling our duty while spending most of our lives doing things we’re not truly passionate about, brushing it off with, “That’s life.”

As a result, we focus only on our personal lives, blindly polluting the air, water, and nature because corporations prioritize profit over the planet. We fail to see that everyone else is part of the same family. This low consciousness cannot continue indefinitely. Those now arriving in our society are another version of us, existing in a different reality. But because they are us, they are allowed to step in due to our " Soul Contract" and help before we destroy both the planet and ourselves.

I also learned that I will be collaborating with a government body, possibly in the real estate sector, sometime between 2026 and 2027.

I understand this may be difficult to accept, but the Greys are another version of humanity from a different timeline. They are not outsiders but are here to help us avoid the destruction of our planet. The government is aware of this situation, and key figures, including important government officials, are involved in this project.

Our goal is not to sell your properties, but rather to provide this information so that you can be prepared. I want to help you avoid being caught in a situation where property values drop, and it becomes impossible to unload during the transition.
